Since your personalized jerseys are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $15 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will try to retrieve it back. 

If you are a registered member of our website, you may track your order using the "Order Inquiry" link. Or, our Customer Service can help you track your order. And when we get the tracking number from the express company, we also can send it and the tracking link to track the parcel's status.

We are proud to use UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT/USPS as our primary carrier. 

We only accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet. If you only have credit or Debit Cards, please register a payal account and link them with below paypal instruction to make the payment.
